PadelMath collects minimal analytics information to measure aggregate site performance via Google Analytics 4 (anonymized IP addresses). We do not require registration or user accounts to access our racket spec database, comparison tools, or court cost models.
2. Court Builder Quote Requests & Explicit Consent
If you choose to use our builder match form on /padel-court-cost/, we collect your name and email address. In accordance with strict privacy principles:
- We require an explicit, un-ticked checkbox confirming consent before any details are shared with vetted ASBA court builders.
- We record the timestamp and user agent of your consent confirmation.
- We never ask for telephone numbers to protect users from automated marketing calls under US TCPA regulations.
