1. Informational Nature of Mathematical Models
The calculations provided on PadelMath (including Fit Scores and Turnkey Court Construction estimates) are mathematical models intended for informational and preliminary planning purposes. Construction budgets and permitting timelines vary by specific municipal zoning codes, geotechnical soil conditions, and contractor availability.
2. Intellectual Property & Open Datasets
The code, algorithmic scoring logic, and responsive design systems of PadelMath are protected under copyright. The US Padel Court Index dataset is provided openly under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), permitting commercial and non-commercial reuse with attribution.
